Chambray Romper + Black & White

Rompers and pregnancy don’t seem like two things that go together. Before I was pregnant I saw some pregnant women in rompers or jumpsuits and I wasn’t sure how I felt about. Now that I am in the situation I think they look really cute as long as the tie goes below your belly. I have a couple jumpsuits where the tie is at the waist, those will have to wait until I have a waist again.

These shoes are so easy to walk in, they just hug my feet perfectly.

 The Breakdown:
I have been trying on a lot of my spring clothes lately, seeing what fits and what I can mix with maternity wear. I am surprised at how quickly I am growing. I’ll try something on and save it to wear for a week or two and by that time it’s too small! In February I tried this denim jumpsuit on by Joie while I was in NYC and I wanted it so bad and it fit perfectly. At that time I was barely showing and I couldn’t get myself to buy something so expensive that might not even fit when it comes time to wear it. I had been thinking of a denim jumpsuit for spring ever since. While browsing at TJ Maxx I found this one I am wearing here and for under $30, I was so excited! I did size up to a medium so I could wear it during pregnancy but I know it will be great after I have the baby too. I might get one more wear out of this romper but that is going to have to be this week before I’m too big. These wedges are very comfortable, I am slowly (very slowly) transitioning out of heels but wedges are still easy to walk in and these ones in particular hug my feet like a glove. This bag I got from Target a couple years ago, I thought it looked much fancier than it is.
