It’s all about the jeans. There are so many styles of jeans and I love them all. On top of the style there are the details. The unhemmed hems, cut hems, normal hems, skinny, cropped flares, patches, embroidered and other details, it’s endless. I’m pretty sure none of you could guess how much these jeans cost. They were on sale at the Gap, yes the Gap, for under $30! Numerous high end fashion designers are designing with embroidery, mainly Gucci as well as contemporary clothing lines like Citizens of Humanity.
The detail on this heel always catches someone’s attention while I’m out. It is such a cool and unexpected touch.
These jeans were the main focus of my look. They are a petite style and they originally fit ok but I wanted them just a tad longer. Luckily unhemmed jeans are in so I found my sewing kit and started picking at the hem. You can see below I tagged the actual jeans (on sale for $40) and the hem is different than how mine are. I really wanted to wear a chunky sweater with these jeans and I couldn’t find anything chunky or slouchy enough in my closet. I had just folded my husbands sweaters and knew there were would be a sweater that would be the perfect amount of oversize on me. The sweater I am wearing here was only the second sweater I tried on, which is pretty good. Fortunatley for me he doesn’t want it anymore so I get to have it 🙂
