A Plaid Dress And White Booties

I am happy to be able to share all the details of lasts night look with you tonight! I wasn’t sure I was going to post this look on my blog but I had a lot of people asking me what I was wearing and where to buy it. So here it is. Below you can find all the links to what I wore to the Joseph event that I hosted with my other Bluff City Lights girls.
White boots. I bet you hate them or you love them. I love them but wasn’t sure how to pull them off. I often talk about baby steps with trying new trends and that is what I had to do here. These boots are a soft cream with a silver heel. Last night Megan wore true white booties and they looked amazing on her. Another tip for trying a new trend is to not splurge because the trend might not be around long or you may realize it isn’t for you. These boots are a little more than I think the average person would spend but they are not even close to what a designer pair would cost. I felt like this pair is a good price and really good quality.
The details of this dress are impeccable!  I really wish I had the necklace that I wore last night!

                                                                    The Breakdown:
What to wear, what to wear? Considering I was one of the hosts for last evenings event I wanted to make sure my outfit was extra cute. I had hoped to be able to stop on Joseph’s prior so I could wear something from their store but I was out of town. I did sport jewelry from a trunk show they are currently having. S. Carter Designs was in the store and she has the coolest jewelry. I borrowed a necklace and bracelet during the event which you may have seen on my Instastory and I purchased these earrings I am wearing in the photos.
